Extended Warranty Program Policy

Moss Distributing Extended Warranty Program

Coverage:

• The extended warranty program offers coverage for new coin operated machines purchased from Moss Distributing.
• The extended warranty extends the coverage for a period of 6 months beyond the manufacturer's warranty (Click here to view manufacturer warranties)

Eligibility:

• The extended warranty is available for purchase at the time of buying the coin operated machine from Moss Distributing.
• The cost of the extended warranty is a three-tier system.

• Customer must fill out and submit the extended warranty form provided by Moss Distributing at the time game is received.

Coverage Details:

• The extended warranty covers defects in parts that were originally included in the manufacturer’s warranty.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, mistreatment, or lack preventive maintenance.

Claim Process:

• In case of any issue with the coin operated machine covered under the extended warranty, customers can contact our Parts and Service department.
• Our team will assess the issue and arrange for the part to be sent out.
• Customer will be responsible for shipping of the part(s).

Transferability:

• The extended warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser of the coin operated machine(s).

Cancellation:

• The extended warranty can be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to account for future purchase.
• After 30 days, the extended warranty cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.

Limitations:

• The extended warranty program does not cover cosmetic issues or normal wear and tear, including plexis, glass, or decals.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, mistreatment, or lack preventive maintenance.

Disclaimer:

• We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the extended warranty program at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to request defective parts be returned to Moss at customer cost. Failure to return defective parts can result in being billed at normal price of parts.
• This extended warranty program is provided by Moss Distributing and is independent of the manufacturer's warranty.
