There are four soda taps in front of the player, where customers will gather, demanding to be served before their thirst sends them elsewhere. One cup can be placed at a tap per time, where players pull back on the responsive and color-coded tap handles to begin filling. Aim to fill that glass straight to the top – but not over it – to gain a “Perfect Pour,” which will result in the most points. Chain Perfect Pours together for a point multiplier and to send an ice cube over to your opponent! You can underfill a glass, but not too little, where above the half way point can also earn points. There are two player stations with each Dr Pepper™ SODA SLAM! machine, where you can dispense: Dr Pepper™; Diet Dr Pepper™; Dr Pepper™ Zero Sugar; and Dr Pepper™ Cherry. In-game graphics have been enhanced to reflect these drinks and their logos. Dr Pepper™ SODA SLAM! is primarily designed for ticket redemption play, but it can also operate purely for points.
